At Choose & Buy, we are here to help you purchase and ship any products from top-rated
shopping sites around the world [e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, BestBuy, Myntra]. We order products
from these sites on your behalf. We are not a direct seller. We are bound to follow all of the
terms of service and policy rules of the original sellers of those platforms. We recommend you
take a look at the terms of service before taking services from Choose & Buy.
1. Before You Order:
1.1. In our country, some products are prohibited to import. Customs will not give clearance for
these products. So, we suggest our users not order those products. Here, we are mentioning some
of them but we suggest you learn more about what is prohibited in our country over the internet.
We suggest not ordering products like
 Walkie-Talkie Set
 Drone, Knife
 Seeds
 Electric Cigarette/Vape
 Battery
 Sexual Products
 Fragile items etc.
In case you place an order for the sexual product, you will get no refund because most of the
sellers don’t give a refund for this.
We will not place the order if you request these products. In case, unconsciously any order
happens, we will not take responsibility to provide clearance of this product.
1.2. In the case of refund-related issues, any seller's judgment will be followed.
1.3. We have to pay in full in advance to shopping sites. So, we also take full payment at a time
before we place the order. We hold the order placement process until your payment confirmation
in advance. There is no option for partial payment.
1.4. If you use our services to order products through Choose & Buy, then the products will be
received by Choose & Buy. After receiving the product, we will send it to your address for home
delivery by courier service.
2. Order Process:

2.1. We place the order manually. Usually, we take 24 to 48 hours to place your orders. In the
case of any critical issue, the period can be longer than mentioned.
2.2. In the case of short-term offers, if we find the offer time is over and the price is higher than
your order time, we will not place the order. We also don't order if we find –
 The price is higher than the mentioned price
 Illegal Products
 High tax possibility
 Private shipping (Like DHL, DPEX, Aramex, etc.)
 Color/Size mismatched
Choose & Buy holds all the rights to not place any orders. For whatever reason, if an order is not
purchased on your desired shopping site, we will notify the customer about the situation. The
customer can either take a refund for the product or adjust the refunded amount with a new order.
If any product is not purchased, it can take up to 7 to 10 working days to process the item for a
2.3. During the whole process, you will receive updates from us. If you order a single product,
then the "Product Status" update is enough for you. Otherwise, if you order multiple products,
you will also get the "Order Status" update.
Product Status:
You will get product status updates in 5 stages. They are-
 Pending (After you request for order)
 Purchased (After we purchase the product at desired shopping sites)
 In Transit (After the tracking id is added to your product)
 Products Received (After we received the product)
 Delivered (After reaching you).
 Processing for Refund (After the refund is processed to your refund method)
 Refunded (After the refund is sent to your refund method)
2.4. Once the order is paid from our side, the order cannot be canceled anymore by the customer.
Order Status:
If you order multiple products, then you will get a "product status update" individually for each
of your ordered products. And together you will get "order status update" like-

 Pending (Until all the products are purchased)
 Processing (After purchasing all the products)
 Awaiting Delivery (After receiving all the products)
 Delivered (After reaching to you)
3. Tracking:
3.1. We will provide the tracking number manually. It would take 5/7 days from your purchase
request. Tracking numbers become available after the shipment of the product by the seller.
Sometimes it could be late because of vacation, shipment delays, or big offers.
3.2. In some cases, the tracking number will not be available because the seller has changed the
name or product details. Then you will get an update after receiving the product.
4. Product Receive Time:
4.1. How many days will it take to receive the products?
It depends on the time given by the seller. Usually, they give a 40 – 60 days (In the COVID
situation it takes 40 to 100 days) time frame to receive the products. According to our
experience, we can say that it takes 20–30 days on average to receive the products from shopping
sites in China. Unregistered or untracked products take 30-50 days.
4.2. The maximum time for reaching the product is 90 (AT COVID Time, normally 65 days)
days. After this period, we appeal for a refund in Flipkat even if you don’t demand to do so. The
refund request/dispute process ‘starts’ after 90 (at COVID time, normally 65 days) days of not
receiving the product. A refund will only be given to you after the seller has refunded us. But if
there are any critical situations like special offer time, long vacation, etc, then we suggest you be
patient as in those cases most products that are untraceable reach us even after 90((AT COVID
Time Normally 65Days)) days.
5. Tax-related Discussion:
5.1. After reaching the product, we will add the tax amount to the invoice. You will be noticed
through email. Then you need to pay us before the delivery process.
5.2. Why Choose & Buy is paying taxes and then asking the purchaser to pay the amount?
It's needed to pay the tax immediately after reaching the products to customs. They don’t hold
the product for more than 24 hours. So, there is no way to contact every single customer asking
about paying taxes. We pay the tax to receive the products at the right time. The customer has no
chance to pay the tax directly because the seller sends a shipment of products to our address.

5.3. Choose & Buy will not provide you with the tax receipt because of business clearance. If
you need this badly, then you can take a picture or a photocopy. You are not allowed to ask for
the main copy of the tax receipt.
5.4. It's not possible to guess the amount of tax for all products like mobiles, smart watches,
heavyweight products, shoes, etc. But we have a little bit of an idea. Sometimes this does not
work at all. So, you need to pay the amount that the customs authority charges for your products
during the clearance process.
5.5. We don't add tax costs during the order process stage. So, we ask our users to pay the tax
after getting the notice from the Post Office in detail. We are bound to pay the amount whatever
they charge for clearance.
6. Product Delivery:
6.1. You can receive delivery in three ways.
Home Delivery Inside Dhaka: The delivery charge is not included in your invoice. You need to
pay for the courier service after receiving the product. The delivery charge depends on the
courier service’s pricing policy and it may vary from 70/- BDT to 300/- BDT depending on the
package’s size and weight.
Home Delivery/Sundarban office outside Dhaka: The delivery charge is not included in your
invoice when you place the order. The delivery charge will be added to your invoice after the
products are received and delivery is processed. After you pay the invoice we will book the
parcel for delivery at Sundarban. The charge may vary from 110/- BDT to 500/- BDT depending
on the package’s size and weight.
Choose & Buy Office Pickup: If you are willing to take delivery physically from our office
address then you can do so by changing your delivery address to the following: “Choose & Buy
Office Pickup”. At the time of the delivery request, if your address is set for the office to pick up,
you can take delivery from us the following day, which is Sunday and Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
In the case of office pickup, no delivery charge is applicable.
6.2. We use eCourier, Sundarban, and Redx Courier in-house courier services for sending your
products. Every Sunday and Wednesday is our scheduled shipment day.
6.3. If we get all of your ordered items, they will automatically be sent to your address through
couriers. Alternatively, if you request us to deliver the products which already reached out of
your ordered items, then we will deliver them. The rest of them will be sent after getting them.
Both times, purchasers will pay the courier charge.
6.4 Delivery charge is taken per delivery, not per order. You can add 5 items in a single order
and take them 5 times separately. In that case, you need to pay a delivery charge 5 times. Again,

if you take them all 5 times after they arrive and take delivery of them at once, you need to pay a
delivery charge just once.
6.5 After your product arrives at the Bangladesh warehouse, you are advised to make a delivery
request for the product within 48 hours. That will help us to maintain the refund timeline if any
issue arises.
7. Refund related:
7.1. As we discussed in policy 4.2 if you don't get the ordered products within 60((AT COVID
Time Normally 35Days)) days, we will start the refund process in the shopping site that you have
purchased from. But if there are any critical situations like natural disasters, long vacations, etc,
we would like to suggest our users be patient.
7.2. You can claim a partial refund (depending on the store's judgment) for broken products. In
this case, you need to send some videos and still pictures as evidence.
7.3. If the product you received is not the wrong one, but you don't like it, there is no chance of a
product return. Many shopping sites has no policy on returning products. Therefore, in our
business, there is no chance of returning products.
7.4 In the case of a broken, unusable, or wrong product, you need to provide evidence that
correctly shows the problem with the received product. If the seller determines that your product
does not deserve a refund, you will not receive one.
7.5 In the case of a full or partial refund, only the product item or refund amount received from
the seller will be refunded to your designated refund method. The payment gateway charge is

8.2. In the case of support, our customer care agents are always dedicated to helping you with
your assigned order number. So, we suggest you be patient and polite if any delay happens.
9. Shopping site Related Issue:

We never take any responsibility for the quality of the products. We don't provide any reviews of
any product. We suggest you check the feedback and rating of a product from placing the order.
We never provide any product warranty.
